Kevin Montenaz Talley, son of Gloria Harris and the late Oliver Henry, was born on September 7, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland. Kevin departed this life on March 12, 2021.
Kevin was a proud graduate of Carroll Park Senior High School Class of 1985.
