Otis Cornell Wise, Jr.

On Friday, January 3, 1997, God sent an Angel to ascend his love on Otis Cornell Wise, Jr., to a fairer and brighter land. He was the son of Otis Cornell Wise, Sr. and Bernice Elaine Henry. He was born on June 6, 1968, in Baltimore, Maryland. 

At a young age, Otis was given back to the Lord by dedication at the Refuge Way Of The Cross Church. He also attended Sunday School at the White Stone Baptist Church. 

He attended the public schools of Baltimore City, and graduated in June of 1987, from the Poly Technical Institute. After completing his education, he became a member of the U.S. Army Reserve.

In November of 1986, he became a proud father of a baby girl, Denise Nicole Wise. Otis operated the Breckenridge Catering Services and worked part-time at County Market. 

Otis was called "Gino" by all is friends. He was a very out going and friendly and loving person, and was always willing to help anyone in need. Gino was a fun loving person who made numerous friends wherever he went. He will surely be missed by all. 

Otis will always be remembered in the hearts of his daughter, Denise Wise; his father, Otis Wise, Sr.; his mother and step-father, Elaine and Murray Henry; his brother Michael Wise; his grandmother, Audrey Dorsey, his grandfather, Otis R. Wise; his great-grandmother, Nanny Walker; his aunts, uncles, and cousins, and in the hearts of the many extended family members who were very close to Gino. like Willie Colfield, Bakeer Almateer, Glenn March, Gerrod March, Lamont Council, Roger De and David Breckenridge; as well as a host of other relatives and dear friends. There were also friends who he believed were his "guardian angels", Elizabeth Timmons, Gretchen Williams and Henrietta Wilson.
